Energy@ is our annual summer conference for incoming graduate and professional school students who are interested in learning about the breadth and depth of energy research at Stanford.

This multi-day conference is free and open to 130 incoming students. This year, Energy@ will take place September 7 – 10  (Tuesday – Friday).

Now in its 11th year, this program can be instrumental in molding the Stanford experience of the incoming students. It serves 5% of the incoming Stanford graduate class and previous attendees strongly recommended the experience for future students. A 2018 participant commented that “[the program] gave me hope and realization that my purpose in this generation is real.”

Note re: COVID-19: Energy@ will be held in a hybrid format that is mostly virtual with some in-person events and small gatherings. Daily course schedules may change though the conference will still be held September 7 – 10.
