Fundamentals of Course Design Virtual Workshop

This online workshop provides faculty and lecturers with a collaborative environment in which to start designing a new course or modify an existing course optimized for student engagement and learning. You will learn fundamental course design principles that apply to both online and face-to-face instruction, including how to apply a student-centered course design model, articulate and evaluate a subset of course learning goals, and plan a learning experience that aligns with one of your learning goals. Please note that this workshop will not explicitly cover classroom teaching strategies, though many will be discussed throughout.
