It is no secret that physical activity provides countless benefits for both the body and mind, yet despite good intentions, many people struggle with sticking to a plan.

This noontime webinar will combine expertise from both exercise and behavioral science, giving you the tools you need to set realistic physical activity goals and the motivation to actually accomplish them. You will learn how to identify your own personal motivation for physical activity and strategies to improve the likelihood of meeting your goals. You will also learn the importance of reducing sedentary behavior and some simple techniques to bring more movement into your daily life.
