ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Liz Seckel is the Grant Writer for the Ob/Gyn Department at Stanford, Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. A former neuroscience researcher, she has helped raise millions of dollars from the NSF, Department of Justice, and California Office of Emergency Services to fund projects on women's rights and sexual health, and has received several awards and distinctions both for her scientific work as well as her commitment to philanthropy.
