This workshop emphasizes how to craft an effective written research statement to use in faculty applications.  We will discuss strategies for clearly and concisely communicating your research and its impacts. The workshop will cover questions to ask yourself to get started, what content to include, and how to format an overall persuasive research narrative. This workshop is aimed toward those applying for faculty positions in STEM fields. Melissa Dabiri from the Technical Communication Program will lead the workshop.

Free pizza will be served at 11:45 am (please bring your own water). Presentation follows at noon in McCullough #115.
