This 4-Day teaching improvement workshop is designed to enhance participants’ versatility as teachers, enable them to use a 7-component educational framework to analyze teaching, and provide a forum for collegial exchange about teaching. The workshop incorporates a variety of instructional methods including didactic presentations, group discussion, video vignette review, role-play and worksheet exercises, and personal goal setting. This very popular workshop is required for those who wish to pursue the Postdoc Teaching Certificate. Attendance is required all 4 days – please only apply if you can attend this entire workshop.
