Pursuing a postdoc is both exciting and daunting. You are at a point in your career where you are expected to make independent contributions to science, but you are often times still wrapping up your dissertation work, trying to learn a new method or field, and struggling to navigate a short-term position while keeping your eyes on your career trajectory. There is a lot to juggle in a short period.

Rod Ewing (Professor in Geological Sciences) will lead a discussion on how to make the most out of a postdoc to help you successfully navigate this transition period in your academic career.
