TITLE
"Natural Gas Emissions and the Global Methane Cycle"

ABSTRACT
Methane concentrations are rising faster in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide.  What are the major sources of methane globally, and what is the relative contribution of the oil and gas sector to its rise?  I will discuss global issues and individual studies where my group has worked to reduce natural gas emissions from energy infrastructure.
