Interested in acquiring skills in research computing, but unsure of where to start? The University Libraries and the Carpentries at Stanford have established a series of workshops focused on: R, Python, Git, the command Shell, Make and automation, MATLAB, GDAL, cloud computing, and high performance computing. Questions, please email Zac Painter at email@example.com.
Join us for an interactive workshop on best practices for writing methods for all types of research. You'll also learn about the features of protocols.io and test out writing your protocols or methods in this platform, which is provided to all Stanford affiliates free of charge via the Dean of Research's Office. Check back here for more details.
Attendees should bring a laptop to the session, if they can.
This event is open to Stanford affiliates only.
