Do you have a slide deck that needs some help, but you’re not sure what to do? Are you interested in learning how to make your ideas stand out so that your presentation can be more engaging? This session covers communication and slide design principles to enhance the visual appeal and communicative force of your presentation. Specifically, we’ll talk about how to approach the selection and arrangement of elements on your slide to amplify your key message and storyline, and techniques to enhance the visual appeal of your deck. We’ll also briefly discuss strategies for virtual presenting as it concerns design choices and the integration of slides with your remarks to support audience engagement. We encourage you to have a few slides ready to work with and bring your questions.
